Virtual Interview Process
Recruiter Phone Screen
In the first step of the process, you will speak with our recruitment team in a 45-minute call about what you’ve worked on, level expectations, and other key factors. During this time, you’ll also learn about Ridel and our interview process.
Stage one
In this Stage you will spend 60 minutes with the hiring manager and 45 minutes with a direct team member.
Hiring Manager:

Stage Two
Pitch Exercise:
You will receive a prompt with instructions on pitching either Ridel adoption to a prospective merchant (pre-sales) or products to an existing Ridel merchant (account management). During this round, you will be engaged in a live role-play with a Ride leader.Final Interview:
Upon pitch completion, you will meet with a senior team member, hiring manager, and cross-functional team member. Topics may include but are not limited to goal orientation, take-home exercise review, long-term career, cross-functional work, and communication.
Additional Stage
Based on job level and role, additional interviews may be incorporated.
Relocation
Our dedicated relocation team will support you and your family during the relocation process, handling all necessary immigration steps and helping you settle into your destination country.
Relocation package
- Transport to the country of employment
- Temporary accommodation (1 month)
- The first month's rent and broker fee for your permanent residence
- Government fees for necessary documents (visa, residence permit, etc.)
- An additional budget for the shipping of personal belongings
- We can also help if you intend to relocate with pets
Relocation process
- You're assigned a personal relocation specialist to help you get started
- Your specialist will help you and your family with visas, permits, and other necessary documents
- You can choose the most suitable flights for you and your family
