About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join us in our various country office in as indicated above to help scale the Commercial teams acrossRidel Business, Ridel Food and Market. The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for scouting and hiring top talent globally across our locations worldwide for business and technical roles. We operate in a high-growth, multi-vertical environment where it’s essential to stay dynamic and think outside the box. We act as hiring partners for all spheres of staff and directors across all business domains. As a recruiter you are a member of the Human Capital Management (HCM) Team

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes across our markets and HQ.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand the position, team needs, culture, and values.
  • Partnering with different business units.
  • Representing Ride professionally and warmly as the first point of contact.
  • Actively sourcing, interviewing, and selecting exceptional talent.
  • Maintain forecasts for third party relationships that reflect latest contract terms, support procurement as required on contract renegotiations and provide working capital analysis to feed into group cash flow reporting and forecasting.
  • Providing an amazing candidate experience every time.
  • Contributing ideas to improve our processes, employer brand, and hiring.

  • You are required

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house.
  • Strong online candidate sourcing skills.
  • Knowledge of key modern social media and recruiting channels.
  • Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage.
  • Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time.
