About the Job
We're seeking a dynamic, very hands-on and visionary General Manager to join our thriving Ridel Food team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the team and further develop, own, and manage our Food Delivery business across your country
As the General Manager, you'll oversee and drive our business operations in your country, guiding the team through evolving challenges. Your primary focus will be on fostering a cohesive team, swiftly adapting to opportunities in the food delivery business, and leading with a hands-on approach. You'll thrive here if you're a creative thinker, skilled at generating business ideas and effectively building compelling cases for them. - Lead and guide Ridel Food business in your counyry, emphasizing team development and adaptability
- Assume responsibility for the P&L, steering revenue growth, ensuring profitability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Establish and expand operational processes, particularly concentrating on team development, refining sales strategies, and enhancing account management.
- Oversee and mentor teams in Partner Operations, Sales, Account Management, and Courier Operations.
- Define and achieve OKRs, prioritizing growth, adaptability, and satisfaction among stakeholders (customers, restaurants, couriers).
- You will enjoy diving in the data dashboards with Looker and Mixpanel, datadumping to GSheets and building sense around the vast source of data at hand.
- Utilize data analysis to optimize operational and financial performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making at every step.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager and HQ teams to tackle operational challenges and bolster product efficiency.
